Cost & Timeline Questions

The cost of a new website is similar to the cost of a new house; It depends entirely on the size, features, materials, and customization required. For this reason, we don't have a single fixed price.

However, our custom web design and development projects generally fall within the following ranges:

  • Project Type: Basic Starter Site

Typical Price Range: Starting from 300 euro

Ideal For: Small businesses, portfolios, or quick launches needing 1–5 informational pages.

  • Project Type: Standard Business Site

Typical Price Range: Starting from 600 euro

Ideal For: Most small-to-medium businesses needing a custom design, robust content management, and 5–15

  • Project Type: Advanced/E-commerce Site

Typical Price Range: Starting from 1,000 euro

Ideal For: Sites requiring complex e-commerce integration, custom functionality (e.g., booking systems, customer portals), or multi-language support.

What Determines the Final Price?

  1. Scope and Scale: The number of unique pages and the overall complexity of the functionality.

  2. Customization: Fully custom designs and code are a higher investment than using a pre-existing template.

  3. Integrations: Connecting the site to external tools (like CRMs, ERPs, or specialized APIs) adds to the cost.

To get an accurate quote, we always start with a brief discovery call to understand your business goals and specific needs.

The typical timeframe for a standard custom website (e.g., a small-to-medium business site with 5-8 pages) ranges from 1 to 2 weeks from the initial kickoff meeting to the final launch.

However, the exact duration depends heavily on the project's complexity and, crucially, the speed of client feedback and content provision.

Here is a general breakdown of the phases:

  • 1. Planning & Design (2-4 Days): This includes research, wireframing, designing mockups, and obtaining your approval on the visual look and user experience.

  • 2. Development & Integration (2-5 Days): This is where we write the code, build the backend, integrate the CMS, and add your final content.

  • 3. Testing & Launch (2-4 Weeks): This involves rigorous testing across devices and browsers, fixing bugs, and migrating the site to its live hosting environment.

Key Factors That Affect the Timeline:

  • Scope: A simple brochure site is faster than a complex e-commerce platform or a site requiring advanced custom features.

  • Content: The single biggest delay is often waiting for client-provided content (text, images, product descriptions). Providing finalized content promptly can significantly reduce the timeline.

  • Revisions: While we encourage feedback, excessive rounds of revisions beyond the agreed-upon scope can extend the schedule.

Unless agreed otherwise with the Client, all website design services require an advance payment of a minimum of fifty (50) percent of the project quotation total before the work is supplied to the Client for review. A second charge of the remaining fifty (50) percent of the project quotation is required after completion of the work, prior to upload to the server or release of materials, but in timeline no longer than 14 days after the first payment.

Payment for services is due by cash, Paypal, cheque or bank transfer.

We pride ourselves on transparent pricing. The cost we quote you covers the design and development work only. However, all websites have necessary, third-party recurring costs that you will need to budget for:

  • Domain Registration: The annual fee to own your website address (e.g., yourcompany.com).

  • Web Hosting: The monthly or annual fee to store your website files on a server so it can be accessed online.

  • Premium Tools/Plugins (Optional): Annual licenses for specialized software (e.g., advanced SEO tools, security firewalls) if your site requires them.

  • Maintenance Plan (Optional): Our monthly service fee if you choose professional updates and support.

Process Questions

Our process is structured into five core phases to ensure clear communication, efficient execution, and a high-quality final product.

1. Discovery & Planning

  • Goal: Define project scope, goals, and technical requirements.

  • Activities: Kickoff meeting, requirements gathering, competitor analysis, and creating the sitemap (the blueprint of all pages).

2. Design & Strategy

  • Goal: Establish the look, feel, and user experience (UX).

  • Activities: Wireframing (structural layout), creating visual mockups of key pages, and refining the design based on your feedback until final approval.

3. Development & Content

  • Goal: Build the working website and integrate all content.

  • Activities: Coding the design into a responsive website, setting up the Content Management System (CMS), integrating functionality (forms, e-commerce, etc.), and populating the site with your final content.

4. Testing & Review

  • Goal: Ensure the website is fully functional and bug-free.

  • Activities: Quality Assurance (QA) testing across various devices and browsers, speed and security checks, client final review on a staging link, and fixing any remaining bugs.

5. Launch & Training

  • Goal: Publish the site and hand over control to you.

  • Activities: Migrating the site to the live server, running final checks, submitting the sitemap to search engines, and providing a personalized training session on how to manage and update your new website.

You will have significant and frequent input throughout the design phase. We view this as a collaborative partnership, and your expertise in your business is essential to creating a successful website.

Here's how your input is integrated into the design process:

  • Discovery Phase: We start by gathering detailed information about your brand, target audience, aesthetic preferences, and competitor sites. Your initial vision drives the entire direction.

  • Design Review Cycles: We present design deliverables (like wireframes and visual mockups) to you in dedicated review sessions. We then integrate your feedback and complete a set number of revision rounds until you are 100% satisfied with the look and feel.

  • Approval Gate: We will not move from the design phase to the costly development (coding) phase until we receive your formal sign-off. This ensures the final coded product accurately reflects the approved design.

Our goal is to combine your vision with our expertise to create a site that is both beautiful and highly effective.

The client is generally responsible for providing all final text, professional images, and video assets. As the expert in your business, you know your services and products best.

We strongly recommend having all text content finalized before the development phase begins, as changes to content later in the process can cause delays and incur additional costs. We can, however, provide services such as:

  • Copywriting: Our professional copywriters to write or edit your content. all SEO optimized.

  • Stock Photography: Sourcing high-quality royalty free stock images (cost may be included or billed separately).

Effective communication is vital to success. We use a structured approach to keep you updated:

  • Dedicated Project Management Tool: We use mainly WhatsApp for all file sharing, task management, and milestone tracking.

  • Scheduled Meetings: We schedule a weekly or bi-weekly check-in call/video conference to review progress and address feedback.

  • Email: Used for non-urgent or administrative communications.

We will designate a primary point of contact on our team and ask you to do the same to ensure efficient decision-making.

To ensure a smooth and timely start, we generally require the following materials from you before the official kickoff:

  1. Project Brief/Goals: A clear understanding of your business objectives and what you want the website to achieve.

  2. Branding Assets: Your final logo files, brand style guide (colors, fonts), and high-resolution images. If you don't have a logo, our designers can create a professional logo for you. If you don't have images, or bad images, our designers can research professional and royalty free images for you.

  3. Content (Text): Finalized, proofread text for all pages (e.g., Home, About Us, Services, Contact). If you need help with copywriting, we can include that as an add-on service.

  4. Look and Feel Examples: A list of websites (layouts) you like (and dislike) to help us understand your aesthetic preferences. If this is too difficult, you can also opt for our design examples.

Our typical maintenance plans include:

  • Security Monitoring & Updates: Regularly updating the core Content Management System (e.g., WordPress), themes, and plugins to protect against vulnerabilities.

  2. Managed Hosting (Optional Add-on): For clients who prefer a hands-off approach, we can provide hosting as part of our comprehensive maintenance packages, where we manage the server environment entirely.

Technical & Scope Questions

Absolutely, yes. All websites we design and develop are built using modern, responsive web design principles.

In today's digital landscape, a website is required to look and function perfectly across all screen sizes—from large desktop monitors to tablets and smartphones. We treat mobile design as a priority, not an afterthought, since most website visitors using their mobile phone.

What does "Responsive" mean?

A responsive website is one whose layout dynamically adjusts based on the device viewing it. This ensures:

  • Readability: Text is legible, without needing to zoom in or scroll sideways.

  • Usability: Buttons and navigation menus are appropriately sized and placed for easy tapping.

  • Performance: Images are optimized to load quickly on mobile networks.

We rigorously test the design and functionality on a wide range of devices throughout the development process to ensure a seamless experience for every visitor. A site that performs well on mobile is also critical for strong SEO performance, as Google prioritizes mobile-friendly sites.

In these cases, starting fresh is often more efficient and cost-effective than trying to fix legacy problems.
